GENERAL ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Rooted Health Institute welcomes individuals who are ready to prepare for a career in healthcare. Applicants must meet the Institute’s general admission requirements as well as any additional requirements for their selected program.
To be considered for admission, applicants must:
Education Requirement — Adult applicants must provide proof of high school graduation, GED, or another accepted secondary education credential, unless enrolled through an approved high school or secondary student pathway.
Completed Application — Submit a completed Rooted Health Institute application for admission.
Admissions Assessment — Complete the applicable admissions assessment when required for the selected program.
Valid Identification — Provide a valid government-issued photo ID.
Admissions Review — Complete any required admissions interview, consultation, or eligibility review.
Background Check and Drug Screening — Complete the background check and drug screening process arranged by Rooted Health Institute when required for the selected program.
Health and Program Documentation — Submit any required immunization records, CPR/BLS documentation, health records, or other program-specific documents.
Enrollment Documentation — Complete and sign the required enrollment agreement, disclosures, and other enrollment documents.
Technology Access — Have reliable access to the technology and internet connectivity required for online coursework and virtual instruction.
ADDITIONAL PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS
Additional requirements vary by program. Some clinical or externship sites may also have their own eligibility, health, screening, or documentation requirements.
