To enroll in the Certified Medical Assistant Program, applicants must:
Be 18 years of age or older
Have a High School Diploma or GED
Complete the enrollment application
Be able to meet background check requirements (if required)
Be able to meet immunization requirements (if required for clinical training)

This comprehensive program is designed to equip students with the clinical, administrative, and patient care skills needed to thrive in today’s healthcare settings. Whether you are new to healthcare or looking to advance your career, this program provides the training and support needed for success.
Students will gain hands-on experience in:
Patient care and vital signs
Phlebotomy and specimen collection
EKG and basic diagnostic testing
Infection control and safety procedures
Medical terminology and anatomy & physiology
Electronic health records (EHR) and documentation
The program combines classroom instruction, simulation-based labs, and experiential training, preparing students for real-world clinical environments.
Upon completion, students will be eligible to sit for the National Healthcareer Association (NHA) Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) exam, opening doors to opportunities in clinics, hospitals, and outpatient care centers.
