Rooted Health Institute welcomes individuals who are ready to prepare for a career in healthcare. Applicants must meet the Institute’s general admission requirements as well as any additional requirements for their selected program.
To Be Considered for Admission, Applicants Must:
Education Requirement
Adult applicants must provide proof of high school graduation, GED, or another accepted secondary education credential, unless enrolled through an approved high school or secondary student pathway.
Completed Application
Submit a completed Rooted Health Institute application for admission.
Admissions Assessment
Complete the applicable admissions assessment when required for the selected program.
Valid Identification
Provide a valid government-issued photo ID.
Admissions Review
Complete any required admissions interview, consultation, or eligibility review.
Background Check & Drug Screening
Complete the background check and drug screening process arranged by Rooted Health Institute when required for the selected program.
Health & Program Documentation
