How to request student support
If you are enrolled at Rooted Health Institute and need help, contact your instructor or the appropriate school staff member using the communication method provided during orientation.
We are preparing a dedicated support request form. Until it is available, please use your existing school communication channels. Do not send medical histories, diagnoses, passwords, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive information through general contact messages.
General support messages are not monitored for emergencies. Response times may vary; contact your instructor directly for urgent course deadlines.

Where do I ask a question about an assignment?
Start with the instructions in Canvas and contact your course instructor using the Canvas Inbox or designated class communication method.
Can I request help with Canvas?
Yes. Describe the issue to your instructor or school support contact. Never include passwords or account recovery codes in your message.
Does RHI provide mental health counseling?
This page provides wellness information and links to independent resources. It does not represent an offer of clinical counseling by RHI. Any future services will be described separately if established.
What if I need urgent mental health support?
