Enrollment Agreement
At Rooted Health Institute, all students enrolling in the Certified Pharmacy Technician Program are required to review and sign an official Enrollment Agreement prior to starting classes. Before You Enroll
Students will receive the official Enrollment Agreement during the admissions process. Enrollment is not considered complete until all required documents are reviewed, signed, and submitted.
