PTCB Exam Prep for experienced pharmacy Teachnicians 

Course Description

PTCB Exam Prep for Experienced Pharmacy Technicians is a six-week online exam preparation course designed for pharmacy technicians who already have 500 or more hours of pharmacy technician work experience and are preparing for the Pharmacy Technician Certification Exam (PTCE).

Through structured lessons, practice activities, and exam-focused review, students strengthen their knowledge of medications, federal pharmacy requirements, patient safety and quality assurance, pharmacy calculations, order entry and processing, and other key concepts assessed on the PTCE.

Students receive six months of online course access, allowing additional time to review materials and prepare for the certification examination.

Important: This is an exam-preparation course and is not an entry-level Pharmacy Technician training program. Enrollment or completion does not independently establish eligibility for the PTCE. PTCB determines certification eligibility, and students are responsible for confirming that they meet current PTCB requirements before applying for the examination.
