Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern use of the Rooted Health Institute, LLC ("RHI," "we," or "us") website and online payment pages. By using these pages, you agree to these terms. If you enroll in a program, your signed enrollment agreement, school catalog, and applicable written program policies also govern your enrollment. If a term on this page conflicts with those documents or applicable law, the enrollment documents and applicable law control for that matter.

Website information

Program descriptions, schedules, prices, and availability on this website are provided for general information and may change. Submitting an inquiry, application, or payment does not by itself guarantee admission, a seat, an externship placement, certification, licensure, or employment. RHI will provide applicable enrollment terms and program requirements through its admissions and enrollment process.

Applications and accounts

You agree to provide accurate information when contacting RHI, applying, enrolling, or paying online. Do not use another person's identity or payment method without authorization. Parents or guardians who submit information or make payments for a minor must be authorized to do so. RHI may contact you to verify information needed to process an application or payment.

Payments and billing

Prices shown at checkout are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Payments made through a Stripe checkout or payment link are processed by Stripe. A payment receipt confirms that a payment was submitted; it does not replace an enrollment agreement or change the student's tuition balance, funding award, or payment plan. For questions about an invoice, amount due, or payment allocation, contact RHI before paying.

ACH and bank account payments. Payments made by ACH Direct Debit or bank account transfer may require additional processing time before funds are confirmed. Submission of an ACH payment does not constitute completed payment. Enrollment, course access, materials, certification exam registration, or other paid services may be withheld until the payment has successfully cleared and is confirmed by our payment processor. If an ACH payment fails, is returned, or is reversed, the student's outstanding balance will remain due.

Cancellation and refunds

Program cancellations and tuition refunds are governed by the student's signed enrollment agreement and RHI's applicable written refund policy, including any requirements of Indiana's Office for Career and Technical Schools. Any separate short course or exam-preparation purchase is governed by the terms disclosed for that offering at the time of purchase. Contact RHI at the address below to request a cancellation or refund. Nothing on this page limits rights provided by applicable law.

Website and course materials

RHI's website text, graphics, branding, lessons, and course materials are owned by RHI or used with permission. Unless RHI gives written permission, you may use course materials only for your own participation in the program for which access was provided. You may not republish, resell, distribute, or share access to restricted materials. Third-party materials remain subject to their providers' terms.

Appropriate use

Do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit false or unlawful material, or use the website in a way that harms RHI or other users. We may restrict website or course access when reasonably necessary to protect the service or enforce applicable program policies, subject to the student's enrollment agreement and applicable law.

Third-party services and privacy

Our website or programs may link to or use services provided by other organizations, including Squarespace, Stripe, Checkr, NHA, and training partners. Their own terms and privacy practices may apply when you use their services. For information about RHI's handling of personal information, see our Privacy Policy .

Changes and contact

We may update these website terms by posting a revised version and effective date here. Changes to a student's signed enrollment agreement are handled under that agreement and applicable law. Questions about these terms or a payment can be directed to:
